Plucky Rosenthal is a musician, live event emcee, and physical comedian, combining performance styles from bygone eras with contemporary universalities for a truly memorable evening. A semi-finalist for the Andy Kaufman Awards, she hosts and produces the music trivia game show Sounds Like a Plan! at the Newport Theater (returning October 8th) and performs ukulele comedy sets regularly at The Drifter and other local watering holes. Her current original one-woman revue Vintage Tunes, Modern Gal ("Staff Pick" award winner Minnesota Fringe 2026, "Spirit of the Fringe" award winner Elgin Fringe Festival 2025) returns to Chicago on October 11th at the Neo-Futurists.
